About:

Established in 1983 by two professional musicians we only provide specialist insurance for musicians (Student though to international professional, Teachers, Orchestras, Bands, Ensembles, Schools/Colleges and Universities) their instruments and public liabilities. By working closely with our underwriters we provide among the highest level of insurance cover combined with affordable premiums. If it can be played, we can insure it!
However, what makes us different is that we are musicians (Jack Hayward himself is a third generation Professional Harpist and now dedicates all his time to teaching and promoting the next generation of Harpist), it's in our blood. We pride ourselves on understanding your needs and providing the highest level of customer service. Where claims are involved not only will it be dealt with quickly and efficiently all our policies include the ability to hire a replacement instrument so you don't loose out on your instruction or income. We also include the cost of transporting your instrument to be repaired.
We know you have probably taken a lot of care in choosing the right instrument for you and want it protected by a policy that ensures ALL RISKS are covered. We therefore work with certain underwriters at Lloyds of London to deliver just that!
