Lesson Availability: 

30 minute, 1 hour or 2 hour lessons available at the following times:
Thursdays: 11am-1pm
Sundays: 4:30pm-6:30pm
Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday = FULLY BOOKED.

Cancellation Policy: 

• Our cancellation policy is based on guidance from the Independent Society of Musicians (ISM) and reflects standard professional practice within private music tuition.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full lesson rate.
• In some circumstances, a 48-hour notice period may apply for structured or pay-as-you-go lesson agreements.​

Cancellation Fees

• Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
• Missed lessons without notice will be charged in full.

Rescheduling

• Where possible, Fran aim's to offer an alternative lesson time. However, rescheduling within 24 hours is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
• 4 weeks notice must be given for changing or finishing weekly/every other week lesson slots.
• Only 8 weeks of holiday (or notice given cancelled lessons) can be missed in one year for regular slot lessons. Any additional missed lessons must be paid for or your lesson slot may be given away.
• Any lessons cancelled by Fran will be rescheduled or not charged. 

We appreciate your understanding that lesson times are reserved exclusively for each student, and late cancellations make it difficult to offer the slot to another learner.
