Warm Up

These pages are designed for and work best on desktop.
Harp practice should never leave you in pain or discomfort.
Check back to the help videos or email [email protected] if you are having any aches due to playing.
It is usually just a tweak to your Harp positioning!
Harp practice takes brain power and muscle strength. Make sure you practice with the warm up videos each practice session to optimise and enhance your practice. These videos are designed to be practice at your leisure. You do not have to complete the video in one practice.
Pause the video at each stage to make sure you are happy and confident before moving on to the next part.
Remember you can download and print the help sheets to support your practice with the videos.
